Kasimasi ~Girl Meets Girl~ - 02

No more phallic-ramming, sex-changing spaceships you say? How will Hazumu cope without one? ;)



After last episode's highly charged drama (in more ways than one!) Hazumu now realises that he is now SHE. The press has now got a hold of the story, to catch a glimpse of Hazumu's newly found boobs..er femininty! Of course she has bigger things on her mind - like what to wear for school! Hazumu's parents are very accepting and proclaim that they always wanted a daughter while throwing her a uniform. Now I wonder why they kept that? ;)
Tomari on the other hand, isn't so keen on the idea. Her crush has now turned from a boy to the girl she now is - how can she love a girl? Thankfully, the rest of her friends accept her for who she is and rather unsurprisingly, Asuta especially can't wait to grab Hazumu's chest. :o So on the way out from Hazumu's house, the group of friends evade the evilz of the paparazi, as Tomari conflicting thoughts bring her EMO demons out! Yay for angst!
Hazumu, for acting all girl sure is stupid! She doesn't know how to act like one properly and seems to be even more dumber than what she was in the manga! Tomari to the rescue! Who can't understand why she doesn't act more girly and gives Hazumu a crash course on how to act all feminine, which is ironic because Tomari certainly isn't very girly ;). Evil lesbian (Yasuna) makes a brief apparence and seems to angst a little before making her excuses! Curses! She'll be hogging the next episode's screentime me thinks!
It's time for Hazumu to try on some bras (she has no idea how to put one on) and Tomari back to the rescue! Shows her how it's done while ogling her chest. A few more angst and boob scenes later, Tomari comes to a conclusion. Hazumu is still the same Hazumu she knew and liked. It just took her a whole episode (and boobs) to get her to adapt! We'll probably see the same thing with Yasuna next.



I really liked this episode for I'm a bit partial to a bit of drama and angst. The comedy was well done for the most part and we are bound to see more as Hazumu's alien friends take her captive in her room! ;)

Overall: 8/10

Best anime this season so far!
